At NIC MAP, we specialize in providing market analytics to the senior housing industry in the US. For most all demographic metrics, there are two vintages: CY (Current Year) and FY (Five Year), but for a subset of population metrics you can also request the below historical vintages.
What are the metrics we have?
NIC MAP Vision has a few metrics for measuring the growth of the senior cohort since 2010:
75+ Population 2010 / 2020
75-84 Population 2010 / 2020
85+ Population 2010 / 2020
Total Households 75+ 2020
Total Households 85+ 2020
How add metrics to your portal
