To begin, use the Nationwide Evaluation analysis type in the Analysis Wizard. On Step 2, make sure to choose "State" as the Extent Type. You can proceed with the default settings in Steps 3 through 6.

Once your Nationwide Evaluation analysis is complete, you can use the Competition Report Task to export a list of supply in all 50 U.S. States, plus DC. On the report page, make sure to choose the analysis you just completed as your source analysis, and then click the blue button near the bottom to create your report.

The Property Inventory Report is a comprehensive list of properties in the 140 markets where rent and occupancy data is surveyed by NIC MAP.

Industry Insight searches with no applied filters will return a full dataset of Buildings, Construction (Pipeline), Contacts, or Operators. Note that any export exceeding 10,000 records will need to be approved by the Client Success team.
