Stay up-to-date with NIC MAP alerts and updates. If you'd like notifications and updates from NIC MAP but have not been receiving them, there could be a couple of reasons. Follow the tips below to see if they resolve the issue.
(1) You've opted out of NIC MAP communications in the past.
Update your NIC MAP Vision subscription preferences by visiting this page: https://info.nicmap.com/Preference-Center and completing the form.
(2) Your subscription preferences are up-to-date, but you aren't receiving NIC MAP emails:
NIC MAP emails could be getting caught in spam filters and firewalls. Try these steps to add our servers to a whitelist to make sure the NIC MAP communications do not get flagged:
Add our from email addresses to your email client address book (see below). This tells the inbox that it should expect to receive emails coming from that address. Each email client has a different process for adding email addresses, which can be found in their help documentation.
Request that your IT/Email team whitelist our email sending domain(s). This tells your email serve that it should expect to receive emails from any addresses containing our domain (e.g., @nicmap.com).
Open and click clinks in NIC MAP emails. This tells the inbox to trust emails coming from our email addresses and email sending domain.
Move any NIC MAP emails found in your spam/junk folder back to the inbox. This tells the inbox where to place that email in the future.
