If you don’t have login credentials, or you need credentials made for a colleague, please reach out to your NIC MAP Client Success Manager or support@nicmap.com to request a set of credentials be made. For each person that needs an account created you’ll need to provide their:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number
Once this information has been submitted, our team will create credentials for each individual within 48 hours and a member of the NIC MAP team will email the credentials directly to the user with login instructions.
Once you receive your login credentials, you’ll be able to access the Platform and start using all the tools available to you. Go to https://portal.nicmap.com/ and type in your username and password.
