You can add a property to your properties list at any time. Properties will then be available to assign to recipients to receive a Market Report. Recipients will receive a quarterly email with a list of properties' Market Report(s) linked.
Steps to Add a Property
Open your Rate Intelligence settings
Navigate to the Email Subscriptions section from the main settings menu found under your name on the left sidebar.
Access the properties list
Within the settings, locate the Properties panel.
Click on the Manage Properties option.
Search for the desired property
Enter the name of a property, address of a property, or name of an operator into the left-side search bar. Click the check box beside the property name.
Once you have selected the properties you wish to add, click Continue.
Set a default radius that you would like for the competitive set to include.
NOTE: The radius will expand automatically when the digest is populated if there are too few competitors for performance data to aggregate.
Properties that have been previously added to your Market Report will appear on the right "Selected Subject Properties" list.
Click "Save."
Steps to Remove a Property
Click the "..." button beside the property you wish to remove.
Select "Remove" and confirm.
NOTE: If a property is removed from the properties list, it will also be removed from any recipients who were assigned to receive the report.
Steps to Update a Property Competitive Set Radius
Click the "..." button beside the property you wish to remove.
Select "Edit Radius"
Enter the desired distance and confirm.
