A. For all printed and/or digital communications permitted by the License, including when PointRight metrics are displayed, Licensee must display PointRight’s trademarks and logos as follows:

  • Whenever permissible by context, Licensee must use the logo:

  • Whenever the logo form is not permissible by context, Licensee must use one of the following:

    • PointRight Pro 30®Hospitalization

    • PointRight Pro 30®

  1. POINTRIGHT®PRO LONG STAY™ HOSPITALIZATION DATA:

    • Whenever permissible by context, Licensee must use the logo:

    • Whenever the logo form is not permissible by context, Licensee must use one of the following:

      • PointRight Pro 30®Hospitalization

      • PointRight Pro 30®

  1. Licensee must use the PointRight®mark(s) in the required format at least once when used in descriptive text in the trademarked materials; Licensee may display the mark(s) in the same font style and same size as the surrounding text at least once.

  2. Licensee must display the PointRight®mark(s) prominently on the first page of each trademarked material.

    • Ideally, display the PointRight®mark(s) in the top center of the page or at the top of page offset to the right.

    • The mark(s) must have a minimum width of ½ inch or 45 pixels.

  3. Licensee must use the PointRight®mark(s) consistently.

  4. Licensee does nothave a right to use any other PointRight® trademark, including “POINTRIGHT” standing alone, without express permission from PointRight.

  5. All written, graphic, digital, or otherwise fixed references to PointRight®metrics or to their associated methodologies and documentation must include the following copyright notice:

    • ©2018 PointRight Inc.

  6. Licensee acknowledges and agrees that incorrect or inappropriate use of PointRight®trademarks, logos, or copyright notices may result in the revocation of this License, as well as a stoppage of supply of data and/or legal action by PointRight® with respect to Licensee. NIC has granted PointRight the right to monitor the use of the PointRight®
